Mariners Pointe Homeowners Association is located in the Deep Creek section of Chesapeake. The community consists of 69 beautiful and spacious single-family homes. The association has a boat ramp and dock which many of the owners in the community utilize. The neighborhood sidewalks allow for easy leisurely strolls throughout the entire neighborhood. The members of the association stay connected through community newsletters and emails.
